What do you like best about the product?
It's great to be able to manage sales and exchange it for business growth.

I want the settings screen to be Lightning Experience as well.

We've been so fortunate to use Salesforce in our business for more than a decade, and it's use cases, features, and benefits continue to grow. Thank you for continuing to innovate for your customers, so we can do the same for ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more out of the box UI components like Flex Cards to display customer information.

Consolidating all of our information into one view is PRICELESS.

Implementing Sales Cloud for our business development team has been a positive and exciting process. Fun to see our teams excitement as they usability test Sales Cloud. Can’t wait for a successful launch and all of the value we will get out of this powerful tool.

Wish you could easily associate more than one contact to the lead object.

A platform where Marketing and Sales data meet in a meaningful way, which helps to manage the lead life cycle up to the oppty last stage.

Convoluted setup: often in the setup section you have to click on multiple links get to the desired location.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is most dynamic for keeping all of our sales users focused on the revenue targets and enabled from lead to close. We are able to leverage custom sales stages and cleanse data through validation rules

Certain roles at the company serve multiple functions. For those users it would be great to get an overall account view that aligns them with what they can see

Sales cloud gives you visibility into how your salesorg is doing so you have confidence in forecasts and business decisions
