World Class CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud keeps all the information in one place where both the sales team and marketing team will have access to the same data. It's a power tool to store sales data and smoothen daily sales operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current activity report doesn't pull in emails send through Outlook even with EAC enabled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me visualize the lead-sale process and have an overview of each individual customer/prospect.

Some lite things are super annoying like not having the possibility to restrain the views the customer contacts only when doit a quote or limitations on the number of validation rules..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a little bit more of a go to application for sales. We are not to the points we don't toggle between systems, but we are getting there
It was really interesting because in Latin America we don't have zip code, so worked x and y point

Onboarding any system can be challenging. Especially if your data is siloed or messy.

Visualization and route planning, along with ability to quick add to calendar

Setup and initial segmentation is more technical than other SFDC products.

Reps did not have an easy way to fill in holes in their schedule, and maps allows this along with key filtering, like days since last visit

Sometimes the platform is cumbersome and difficult to use for people who find technology confusing. How to buttons or help features would be nice to have on the screen

We are trying to reduce the total onboarding time by omboaring acquisition and sales process to sales cloud.
