What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with Sales Cloud since 2017, and I've delivered digital transformations, sales processes revamps, minor to major improvements , all for B2B and B2C mid to large size enterprises and the beauty of Sales Cloud is that it fits all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Usually it's each enterprise business processes that can't keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full 360 customer view throughout several different business segments, delivering immediate value to stakeholders over the sales pipeline.

Having a 360 view of our leads has been huge, great investment.

Pricey product, requires tenacity to realize ROI

What do you like best about the product?
The security and flexibility to the architecture makes it easily adaptable to any business. There are also a host of options to develop on the platform and support to make it your own whether you have an in-house team, consultants and plug and play solutions via the AppExchange. Our team also loves the API to connect it to other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations (I.e. field history tracking) b it you can purchase an add-on to expand the limit

I wish reports and dashboards had more design differences! What's there is good but it would be fun to have another chart or two.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features are Lead and Opportunity Management, Automation and AI, Customization and Analytics and Reporting. Using Sales Cloud allows us to be able to look at our entire lead to close process in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost, learning curve, complexity of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had an ongoing issue of accurately forecasting and reporting on that data. With Sales Cloud, specifically Pipeline Intelligence, we are able to easily report on data for executive teams.
