What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps organize data well and keep our process tailored to our needs. Still overall it is a very smooth and clean interface and helps us maintain a solid customer lifecycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
My downside would be I wish we had more room for more Dynamic Dashboards and other smaller features included in our license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves us needing to build our own database and structure by hand and come up with and hand code every rule which we would need to think of. It gives us a great bone structure for data management.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize the tool as you see fit based on your business needs. This can also been done on the fly and real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the ability to customize, you can very quickly create future headaches for yourself.

It allows our sales rep to very quickly see where they are today, where they've been, and what they need to do to get there.

The sheer amount of customizations are simply astounding. There are endless things you can build and do with this platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow at times and despite the huge amount of customizations there are limitations that have to be designed around.

Tracking sales and other metrics, simplified reporting and dashboards
