What do you like best about the product?
I like how versatile SF Sales Cloud is. The ability to build custom solutions along with standard is what makes it so flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the standard options would have a bit more flexibility so we would not have to go to custom.

As an administrator of a sales cloud platform I find it very easy to setup, train users and as with all Salesforce platforms we can constantly grow adding more features on a regular basis.

My only dislike is branding changes, in example Account Engagement used to be Pardot

We use NPSP on sales cloud for all our fundraising needs. Salesforce has helped us move off of spreadsheets, build automations to manage our data and move leads through a pipeline more effectively.

The migration process was a bit tricky. It is beneficial to have a good Salesforce partner to help with this process

We needed the ability to track the effectiveness of our fundraisers. We use activities, tasks and events to accomplish this. This enables managers to see how well each fundraiser is doing
