Best implementation ever
What do you like best about the product?
The ability that we can customize to our need/business and to be able to make it our own using all the additional AI capabilities that salesforce has to offer
What do you dislike about the product?
Some additional add-on features are extra charges which I get but when you have 90% of a package and you require the last 10%, it can get frustrating

Perfect workflow, all in one place, 360 views of all sales reps activities

The UI and UX design is a little bit oldish.

It track all sales activities as calls, meetings, emails, provide sales forecasting, all needed data in one place

It's quick time to market and how easy is to configure, there's not many out of the box but the platform allows to support business requirements configuration very fast and easy

Price, overall costs does not consider low usage or peak periods

Visibility on sales process, and no more hiding behind data visibility or availability

It's amazing, let's you do such much in such less time plus so many insight of my Sales at my fingertips

Not really downside but sometimes pages are really slow

Earlier the system was all manual and slow and now it's amazingly fast and automated
