Reliable and Comprehensive Tool for Knowledge Management

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Salesforce Cloud for me is the customization option and the seamless HTML coding. The entire knowledge base stored at the cloud is accessible with one click, making it easier to be used for Content Managers and agents.
It even allows the CMs to keep saved replies in a separate base to further make them accessible for the agents.
We use it on a regular basis and it is much easier than any company-owned dedicated software/product tool we've used so far.
It is easy to understand and the navigation is also smoother. You can set favorites to the items that are frequently used.
No lagging issue, making is superb for customer support. Our global team use Salesforce for customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenging feature of Salesforce for a customer management enterprise is the filter option for content managers. The multilingual content is not available in the same section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge Management.
When you have a significantly large knowledge base consisting of 15k+ items that are used for customer engagement, this software will solve the challenges of management and make it easier for you to find and access all content.

Salesforce is number 1 Sales Application in global, with functional CRM and Easy Management Resources
What do you dislike about the product?
So Far So Good, Because i don't have some issue being user of Salesforce and others like Zoho
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Applicable and Responsive, i get easier to contact and follow up our customer contact and simple tracking of Sales Environment

The territory management,it is a bit tricky to figure out.

Sales cloud is solving the issue of tracking and converting leads. In the past I have struggled to track and convert leads in real time.

It can be expensive for small businesses and also requires an expertise to customize.

Salesforce streamlines tracking and managing leads, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. It helps automate repetitive tasks, freeing up time for sales teams to focus on closing deals and reduce manual efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to use interface compare to many other CRM systems I've used. Also the customizable customer journey.
It was also very easy to implement with great resources online to help coupled with good customer support. Salesforce integrated perfectly with some of our third-party applications
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can run quite high depending on the features you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us a holistic view of our customer journey and helping us stay on track with what matters in terms of managing our customer relations.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud allowed me to edit and change every aspect needed for a client or partner. It communicates well around the company as well when changes are made.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can be too difficult to learn and remember. It's complex and specific when it comes to the processes, which is needed ofcourse, but it could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is continuing to become user friendly and easier to function. It benefits me well since it cotinuous to update and add more functions which helps my eCommerce work.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Salesforce for years and it is my favourite CRM for tracking my customer interactions and upsells. I like the in-built reporting and can create reports and dashboards for my own use.
There is a myriad of systems that integrate with Salesforce so there are always lots of options for add-ins.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to do more reporting within salesforce without needing to integrate a BI tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of customers and a lot of interactions on a daily basis. Without Salesforce I would lose track of my follow ups and I would lose focus on my upsell opportunities.
My business uses Salesforce to manage our sales pipeline and our sales performance.
