Too robust processes and dependencies on existing applications makes it harder to accommodate in the well established company

Viewer still has room for improvement. Sometimes more like Excel is more user friendly.

Deploying our own custom/configured Sales Practice in an environment that is easy to navigate. With Pipeline Inspector - you always get a sense of the health of your pipeline and where you may have low-hanging fruit.

There is not much (if anything) to dislike.

Mainly issues with visibility and pitfalls with redundant efforts.
