Perfect tool for sales, generate leads, custom integration with 3rd party apps, user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, custom made, can be integrated easily with 3rd party apps, simple to filter data and keep records.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I face technical issue, like I was unable to save some records, or if I click save but later if I open that lead, the data still not saved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So easy to keep records and easy to filter data, we integrate it with slack so it's so easy to save data of new incoming sales lead. We no need to rush and manually update in excel anymore.
I have a great experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud specially from lead to Opportunity
What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesforce Sales Cloud pipeline Forecasting and lead scoring feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead Assignment rule should be enhanced to add more complex logic. right now it only allows basic filter logic (i.e based on region, round robin etc).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud helped us to automate our all tasks including lead assignment to engaging customers by sending emails, creating and asssigning tasks to the sales rep etc.
CRM that is customizable to the hilt
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is very good at being able highly customizable, which means as a team we can create and modify workflows that allow the use of various reports or dashboards specific to our business. Finally, the platform seamlessly integrates with other tools which has really allowed us to streamline our sales processes by basically making it easier for us to track and manage leads and opportunities. Sales Cloud analytics and insights are allowing us to make better decisions in real time, so that we can spend our energy on the most high-value opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its primary limitation is the high learning curve which can be prohibitive for newcomers who may feel inundated by all of its functionality. And, as mentioned before, the customization provided by this platform is robust and extensive which makes it fantastic for a lot of use cases but also means that you will need some kind of admin/dev who knows what they are doing to implement. It is also expensive for smaller business and will become more affective as additional functionality & integration are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is tackling some of our most pressing problems, such as the inability to control customer data effectively and accurately assess syndicated sales patterns. By having one location with all customer data, our sales team can get a 360 view of every single client to ensure more personalized and efficient exchanges. The automation has cut way down on time-consuming manual tasks and allows our team to focus more of its efforts on selling, rather than admin. Furthermore, the analytics tools and reporting are incredibly robust which give us data driven insights into our sales performance so we can track trends better, forecast more accurately, and make sure were making informed decisions. It added a lot of convenient to our day-to-day work because other department can monitor call volumes and empowered us move pay rates relevantly quickly, reducing time for effective response on request also increased out revenue— over all it helped make customer relations better.

It' productive with notes, events and task management. You can easily communicate with teammates.

Price should be more competitive and email syncing issue should be solved.

It enables sales persons to establish effective communication with their prospects to achieve shorter sales cycles.

Drag and drop cnfiguration, easy naviging UI helps sales team run and track there sales update and keep on top of sales cycle

sometimes complex calculations and process needs coding which just increate development time

it is cloud base which makes it easy to use from anywhere and robust to use from mobile as well

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about the software, is it's very user-friendly. the first time I used it was to basically store all our contact details so the sales team could reach out until it began to sync into our website where we also post some content in salesforce to the website. what I like about it is how diverse the software is and how it makes our lives easier to use is=t.
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe the downside is that it is too pricey, but as they say, if you want something really good, it will cost you.

it solves a lot of things from our end. Salesforce is not just a CRM but this is where we track our membership/subscription for our users. although it's manual for us to input details, but once it's all there it will calculate by it self. so i love how it solves one problem for billing, and another for posting content in our website, as well as promotions too. it's so diverse, and everything is there

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is continuously the best software and provides the most capabilities. Specifically the integration with Outlook makes it very easy to track emails and success. If there are any issues ever, I can work with their customer support for quick resolutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be overly complicated when you are first learning it. There are quite a lot of buttons that you have to work through to get where you want to. It can easily get overwhelming and take time to navigate at first. The great thing is that there is a lot of ability for customization and it will eventually be just how you want it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps organize my sales funnel and create a trackable forecast for the next few months. This allows me to estimate the amount of sales I will be expecting. I also found that it's a great way to view your low-level pipeline. I can often see my forecast and review to see if I am in need of more opportunities in the next few months. It keeps me extremely organized in that way.
Exceptional Support and Guidance for New Users
What do you like best about the product?
I am new to Salesforce and I am using the Marketing Cloud. I have had many questions and needed a lot of help throughout my learning journey. The team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. They answer my questions quickly and are always willing to hop on a call to guide me in the right direction. Their support has significantly sped up my processes and boosted my confidence in using the platform. I truly appreciate their dedication and expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Again, back to Marketing Cloud, I am specifically talking about emails—it is not very user-friendly compared to other email platforms. Once I got training and help, I was able to figure it out and understand it, but other platforms I have used were so easy that I could figure them out without any help at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is helping us effectively track our interactions with prospects. It enables us to monitor who we need to reach out to and identify the optimal time for a salesperson to make contact. Additionally, it provides clear visibility into where our activity is originating from. This comprehensive tracking and data visibility streamline our sales process, ensuring we maintain consistent follow-ups and optimize our outreach efforts. As a result, our team can work more efficiently, focus on high-priority leads, and ultimately drive better sales outcomes.

The best is the system interation of Sales force where we can easily call our accounts assigned to us and the whole conversation history

The user interface should be a little better and modern

It is much easier to use comparing it with other CRM systems, it is keeping all the track for my opportunities till closing stage.
