What do you like best about the product?
Sales Process and deal management is amazing in Sales Cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good and Salesforce 1 app is really helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Process and lead management were the problem earlier but solved it now.

What do you like best about the product?
We used Sales cloud for our talent recluting proceed. We had all de requirements documented and also we have a track for the funnel conversion. It is safe, quickly and collaborative!
What do you dislike about the product?
May be you need to personalized some object and business rules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves the tracking experience from the rant request to contract a person.

I like Everything about Sales cloud, can't imagine but day without using it. Saves times and boost sales

The only thing which i dislike about sales cloud is the plain UI

Sales cloud is boosting the sales of the organisation and it has tripled the sales

Salesforce Sales Cloud is full of capabilities that have been built and honed over years and years, and the product keeps on expanding and growing year on year, release by release

What do you like best about the product?
Our goal is to optimize and streamline all
Sales processes. The goal is for sales to never leave Salesforce to do their job. We've leverage native function as well as app exchange to drive revenue through efficiency!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is still opportunity for advancement in data normalization and empowering sales through data. We may not be maximizing but that is definitely a key focus

Standardize and automate sales process levering metrics to drive performance.
