What do you like best about the product?
in my experience i believe it is easy to use and is very customizable tailoring to businesses needs
What do you dislike about the product?
i think the price needs to be reduced to stay in the competiton
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps in visibility . it is a very good tool for tracking and maintaining customer history

What do you like best about the product?
All of the functionality it has. I really enjoy the flexibilty of being able to make the experience our own for our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, small seemingly easy wants and needs are hard to get accomplished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say our biggest challenge was having one place for all of users to go and see the activities of our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automations that sales cloud provide are the best tools to work with most of the options are out of the box and does not need customization that saves time and resources for maximum output.
It is highly integratable with other systems to capture leads in a good manner and to convert them in closing opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet that is disliked by me personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations are made easier.
Out of the box features and tools related to sales.
Reporting made slaes analytics easy.
Merging Einstein with sales cloud gives better insisghts and helps in descision making.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the platform layout, it is easy to work your way around it once you have the hang of it
What do you dislike about the product?
All thought I like the interface sometimes i think there is to many options to use it for. It can me a bit overbearing

What do you like best about the product?
For me opp management combined with forcasting is incredibly powerful in Salesforce
It is easy to use and understand what steps need to be taken at every stage of the sales cycle.
I like the termonoloy used IE lead , then oppotunity which keeps things simple and consice.
I like you are able to easily identify and differentiate a live account and customer v's a oppotunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be conviluted unless you know how to use it properly and in the way in which your company has set it up.

I did find intergrations were not always great IE ring central.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily identifying leads with intergration and API's
Helping to convert those leads into opss with data capture.
tracking of calls and emails, and all activity on an account through intergrations
Forcasting, to ensure monthly and quaterly targets can be hit
Performance dashboards to look at various KPI's such as conversion rate and average days to close.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce helps you in keeping your sales data up to date and in one place. The best thing is Salesforce Sales Cloud integrates with every other sales tool very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is maintaining data hygiene. If AI assist can help users in maitaining data hygiene that would be really helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps the information updated and that reflects in all the integrated tools, which ultimately benefits in timely outreach and follow up with prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and UI are updated nicely since the last time I used it on 2014
What do you dislike about the product?
The transfer of information into our Intake Quiz.( Our other document) was not automated. We have to type it all in again. This may just be because we don't have the right version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very effective for automation of entire sales process. It tracks, reports, keeps me organized, and allows us to effieciently reach our customers and close deals in an organized way.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce maintain the prospects and account details, it also gets sync to LI and lead IQ salesforce helps me to maintain call and my tasks. We can also create and opportunity so it is visible to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too legthy to operate. Also it allows to create duplicate accounts which create mess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to create my opportunities and maintain pipeline, I can which account is assigned to whom so it avoids me to score on duplicate accounts. I can export my data from salesforce also it maintain my list of accounts their prospects as well. Helping me manage my entire work on CRM.
