Ease of configuration, it is used daily by the sales agent, the features it provide outof the box without any complicated customization is amazing. It is built on the Salseforce platform which makes is easier to integrate with any platform. It can be easily implemented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing module of standard sales cloud it is not that comrehensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stadndardizing our Lead to Lease process. Keeping the sales agent engaged with required information.

Using opportunities, create quotes and add products. Works perfect!

The opportunity-quote syncing is sometimes unclear.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provides me the tools as a sales leader to hold my team accountable. Through analytics and tasking we are able to make sure our team is doing what they say will when they say they will do it.

I wish there was more customer insight and multi department tracking built into sales cloud.

Sales Cloud has helped take our organization from an incredibly paperwork and process-heavy company to an organization whose sales team can move quickly, be flexible, and make the most of its opportunities. From processes that help our team make new connections at trade shows, reach out to previous contacts to explore new opportunities, and even automation of our credit applications, Sales Cloud has changed the way we do business.

The transition from Process Builder to Flow could have been improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to automate account management which has allowed us to keep a very current, accurate picture of our pipeline.
