It gives our sales team a single view of every lead, opportunity, and account, which keeps everyone aligned. The automation and dashboards help track pipeline health, forecast accurately, and focus on high-value deals instead of admin work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud brings all customer and sales data into one place, allowing reps and managers to track leads, opportunities, and performance in real time. As an admin, I appreciate how customizable and scalable it is — I can tailor processes, automation, and dashboards to fit our exact business needs without heavy coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sales Cloud is powerful, some admin tasks can still feel overly complex — especially when managing multiple automation tools like Flows, validation rules, and approval processes that can overlap. It would be great if Salesforce streamlined these into a more unified automation experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has streamlined how we manage leads, opportunities, and customer data by putting everything in one place. It’s solved issues with data silos and manual tracking, giving our sales team better visibility and saving time through automation and reporting. I like how customizable and powerful the platform is, though it can get complex to maintain as automations and customizations grow. Overall, it’s helped improve efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making across the sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy Salesforce Sales Cloud is to use, making configuration simple without needing extensive coding. The opportunity tracking and reporting features are valuable to leadership, enhancing our pipeline visibility. The flows are particularly useful for swiftly implementing business requirements with minimal development team dependency. I also value it as a low-code solution that supports security and integrates service bots.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud solves document tracking issues, enhances opportunity tracking, and aids in reporting and leadership forecasting. The low-code solution allows quick implementation without much reliance on developers, improving efficiency.

Great for Tracking Applicants, But Funnel Reporting Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has been very helpful for us in tracking potential applicants. It allows us to monitor their progress throughout our application funnel, and I am now able to generate more detailed reports as a result.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren’t any true funnel reports available. The current funnel reports only display where applications are in the process, rather than providing a view of the entire journey through the application process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it much easier for me to monitor where students are in the application process, something that was previously quite challenging.
