What do you like best about the product?
Get a clear and organized structure setup early and you're set for the future. Salesforce sales cloud has many standard objects to get you started and oriented, but don't be shy about reaching out to experts for guidance

Support can be finicky at times, but their response times are excellent

All. This CRM solves subscription management, customer support, and even partner user support

The ability to perform web to lead is a quick lifesaver. Automating intake with a breeze.

Back end automation duplicative in many ways to do the same thing.

I wish there were more out of the box UI components like Flex Cards to display customer information.

Implementing Sales Cloud for our business development team has been a positive and exciting process. Fun to see our teams excitement as they usability test Sales Cloud. Can’t wait for a successful launch and all of the value we will get out of this powerful tool.
