What do you like best about the product?
Lead generation and reporting dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead conversion could be more intuitive instead of having to write apex code to do it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to work leads in a productive way and report on the status of our leads and sales pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has the most critical data available to the reps at the exact instance that they need. Sales pipelines are extremely efficient and intuitive thanks to Sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup takes time and cost but it is worth the wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud has enabled our team to deliver learning products quickly within a days time from quote to cash.

I love that I can track conversations that I've had with clients, using Einstein conversation insights, summarizing meetings and offering actionable insights and next steps.

Takes a long time to learn and understand what is possible.

Everything that happens with and about a customer is all in one place, even when I go on vacation, no one calls to ask silly questions

Sales cloud stand alone requires alot of input

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has allowed our team to become more and more productive, close deals faster, and automate and streamline workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some little quirks that we have had with Sales cloud but none that haven't been easily resolved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a major issue with our previous CRM not being very intuitive and not providing very many options for streamlining and automating are various and very complex processes. Sales cloud is fixing all of this for us and is allowing our company to be more productive and more successful.
