What do you like best about the product?
A platform where Marketing and Sales data meet in a meaningful way, which helps to manage the lead life cycle up to the oppty last stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Convoluted setup: often in the setup section you have to click on multiple links get to the desired location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking lead conversion and oppty closing.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is most dynamic for keeping all of our sales users focused on the revenue targets and enabled from lead to close. We are able to leverage custom sales stages and cleanse data through validation rules
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain roles at the company serve multiple functions. For those users it would be great to get an overall account view that aligns them with what they can see
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud gives you visibility into how your salesorg is doing so you have confidence in forecasts and business decisions

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working with Sales Cloud since 2017, and I've delivered digital transformations, sales processes revamps, minor to major improvements , all for B2B and B2C mid to large size enterprises and the beauty of Sales Cloud is that it fits all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Usually it's each enterprise business processes that can't keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full 360 customer view throughout several different business segments, delivering immediate value to stakeholders over the sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The security and flexibility to the architecture makes it easily adaptable to any business. There are also a host of options to develop on the platform and support to make it your own whether you have an in-house team, consultants and plug and play solutions via the AppExchange. Our team also loves the API to connect it to other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations (I.e. field history tracking) b it you can purchase an add-on to expand the limit

Tracking relationships , opportunities and reporting and overall fundraising workflow

I wish reports and dashboards had more design differences! What's there is good but it would be fun to have another chart or two.
