What do you like best about the product?
its provides all the information in a sigle place. i can track progress, activities and next steps and have a full 360 degree view of all my clients

their gmail plugin doenst automatically tracks all my email communications in Salesforce

provides me complete information for all my clients
Good for mid- to large level organisations

Extensive functionality that's very well suited for levelling up and mid- to large-sized organisation. Easy to implement and integrate, with a lot of features to drive data utilisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems difficult at first, with a need for support documentation. UI and UX are not the best.

it can sometimes be hard to run the right reports, but after a few tries it usually turns out to be pretty seamless. as long as you're sure of the data you need, you may just need to try a few different ways

it allows a sales person like me who works remote to correctly track and view all progress throughout the entire sales cycle

Some great functionality around opportunity management, MEDDIC, reporting, integrations, etc.

Incredibly slow and difficult to use. Feels like an archaic platform that has the functionality you need, but a very slow and bulky feel.

Help to organize conversations and activities across different teams - ultimately leading to closed business.

What do you like best about the product?
I only used it briefly as part of my assistance to the sales team in a marketing role. What I liked what that it connected seamlessly with the other salesforce clouds, which gave us a 360 overview of a customer's journey, from engaging with a lead in marketing cloud, going through the sales process in sales cloud and then servicing them in service cloud.
For Sales Cloud specifically, it was the automation that helped the team, because they didn't have to follow up with hundreds of customers. This meant they can focus on the leads that are warm while the system helps them warm up cold leads.
Another thing was the mobile accessibility. The salespeople are always on the go so being able to manage while on the road was a huge help.

What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from the cost, which is understandable given the power of the platform, it was the overwhelming features that are available. without a proper architect who understands the platform and your business, it poses a risk that you either don't maximise the features or you try and use features you don't need. It's great that there's space to develop a system for your business but if that system wasn't made properly it of course confuses users and the dependency on consultants for complex customisation and integration becomes costly.

as mentioned i used it in a past role, not current.
but it was mostly for integration with marketing cloud, helping us reach customers that are tricky to target.

First time user of Salesforce Cales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate, there is a lot of info displayed on one screen (in a good way). It was the first app I opened up every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Date cleaning projects were not always the easiest to do in Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Collaboration amongst sales team, tracking opportunities and interactions, getting a holistic view of an account on one screen

I like the customizability of the platform. it enables me to complete my tasks without all the extra bloat.

Being a big company has its downsides. typically when there is an issue, i have had trouble getting in touch with our rep at times.

It keeps me organized. im able to track all of the key data and migrate it to another solution we use.
