I like how easy it is to use out of the box and overall how connected it can be to other tools as well.

I wish there were more notifications about downtime and any other upcoming maintenance

If the data architecture isn't setup properly it can be difficult to implement correctly, but it's a great tool if you have the teams to get the work done.
