I like how easy it is to use out of the box and overall how connected it can be to other tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more notifications about downtime and any other upcoming maintenance

It's solving how we interface with customers especially with deals and other aspects of that nature

It's a great way to present customers all of our training courses and getting them to achieve gold class status with our company

If the data architecture isn't setup properly it can be difficult to implement correctly, but it's a great tool if you have the teams to get the work done.

It helps us manage support and sales with our customers
