It is hard to enable settings, but they are working on that in the 2025 Summer release

Pricing for licensing can be expensive so be sure to understand the correct licensing model for you

The ability that we can customize to our need/business and to be able to make it our own using all the additional AI capabilities that salesforce has to offer
What do you dislike about the product?
Some additional add-on features are extra charges which I get but when you have 90% of a package and you require the last 10%, it can get frustrating

It's quick time to market and how easy is to configure, there's not many out of the box but the platform allows to support business requirements configuration very fast and easy

Price, overall costs does not consider low usage or peak periods

Visibility on sales process, and no more hiding behind data visibility or availability
