Excellent CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with multiple CRM solutions, so far Salesforce cloud is the most organized and structured CRM solution
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires getting used to salesforce and sometimes integration can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of using discrete systems, we now have a uniform platform to serve our doc management goals

Hard to say. I'm a developer and frankly don't use all of the features. No complaints!

Replacing old legacy platforms with industry standard, scalable products in an ecosystem with a community of users and developers

What do you like best about the product?
the well defined use of Sales Cloud across multiple industries. the use of Flow for automation and the ability to invoke apex as needed

the lack of a good view for Software development. and competition with the view of Monday.com.

I truly enjoy finding all related info from sales and service in our system.

Currently the only area of discontent is lack of data cloud in our org.

Powerful modules, integration with several applications, AI capabilities, allows easier collaboration between departments

Lack of mobile features, salesforce app is not powerful, need to rely on integration with Micorsoft or Google tools

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of Salesforce Sales Cloud. It allows us to customize objects quickly and help us meet the needs of our business users to manage the accounts, contacts and leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from cost, we are not able to find a solution for many to many. We can only relate one object to another object when we need to be able to link many to many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving for us is that it helps us manage our accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps to keep all of my work centralized so that I don't have to use multiple systems. I can track accounts and action items all in one spot and easily get through my important task.

Sometimes you do have to dig down through multiple areas to find the detailed information that you need.

Centralizing information on my client base so that I can accurately decide on next steps.
