What do you like best about the product?
Easy to configure and use, many ootb features
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to keep truck of all permissions and security
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nkt too sure yet as it is not too helpful for new devs to start

What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing, let's you do such much in such less time plus so many insight of my Sales at my fingertips
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really downside but sometimes pages are really slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier the system was all manual and slow and now it's amazingly fast and automated

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that we can automate tasks to make the manual lness of making quotes and selling take less time. Sales cloud makes life easy by making sellers spend less time doing data entry and more time selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. It's apart of our service cloud so it brings our teams together

It's solving the manual data entry issue. We are able to automate many tasks

We have been using sales cloud for about 7 years. It has been amazing for our company. I am a Salesforce admin and I love how easy it is to build custom solutions for our end users

User setup and assigning permissions is a little bit of a pain
