What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud lets you work with new customer and build connection efficiently

It needs improvement with mobile application,

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud offers my team a robust suite of tools to engage our customers. I love how customizable the UI is for my reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce can overly complicate basic sales functions. It can be a challenge for users that are not tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce allows us to track opportunities, order history, customer engagement to measure and enable sales performance.
Increases in productivity and sales across the board! Thanks for a solid product!

Having clear line of site into activity of reps and movement of opportunities
Chose to work for a partner because I saw the value in Sales Cloud

I love the ability to bring all of my data in one place including leveraging customer information from the other clouds. Being able to see all interactions in one place is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything! I used sales cloud at my previous company and chose to come to NeuraFlash to help bring the value of the platform to others.

Disparate systems and data in different places - keeps everything together in one view.

Easy to set up, intuitive for my sales users, lots of information in an easy to digest format- always updating and keeping things current

Not much at all- can take a bit of time for initial set up
