Sales Cloud is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very user friendly and streamline process and its easy to explain to users in a timeline process from beginning to end of a customers journey!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there a standar ability, maybe it owns data type that could allow a master-detail relationship with records from different objects. (Still one record but just from any object made available)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a sales tracking leading up to the point of winning a project.
Sales cloud should be the only place Sales needs to go to crush there job

All our info and processes are in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mergeing duplicates in Lighting sometime doesn't show duplicates.

It allows everything for our business to live in one place that is easy to access.
