Easy Navigating and access. Had recent demonstrations and found it useful for our fundraising organization.

Nothiing. The tool was useful and helpful. Might be easy to develop with Google Maps.

Sales Cloud is the backbone of our business to track leads, opportunities, and manage our clients. It allows us to easily report on our business and scale.

The mobile app could be better. It works technically well, but navigation and the experience is a bit dated.

Great product to onboard your sales team right away and only thing you need is salesforce admins to right away onboard.

Flexibility for too much customization which is togh to maintain in a long run

As an admin, I love that I can customize every aspect- design and workflows, without writing code.

Helpful for family office management
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are the cycle management and pipeline stages. Also, the ability to add lead scoring and convert to contact for full lifecycle management.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is the lack of family household concept.

It's helping with tracking client meetings and communications, keeping and tracking secured data about the clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a game changer for me as a sales leader as well as for our entire sales team. It enables us to work more efficiently, see the data and have one source of truth we can access whether in office or on mobile. It's more than just a CRM for us...it provides our internal reporting and syncs w our marketing campaigns so sellers can prioritize their efforts, leaders can see where every acct and deal stands in the pipeline. And it gets better all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything I dislike about the sales cloud. I think the naming conventions that Salesforce uses for products could be more intuitive and consistent but understand as products evolve the names must reflect that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had challenges viewing where deals were getting stuck and communicating across teams (pre and post sales). The sales cloud enables us to track all events, opps, communications from internal stakeholders to clients as well as marketing campaigns, see what's influencing pipeline movement, create cases for internal needs both pre & post sales and create orders, reports of all this and see patterns that help us replicate success. No guesswork involved. No logging into multiple platforms.
