Great CRM system

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how easy Salesforce makes it to provide users a system they can work in and tailor to their needs with automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a system downside as such but I do find that there are quite a few features that sit behind paywalls meaning it is not always possible to use Salesforce how we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce provides us a central and collaborative space to work opportunities and to ensure that sales are completed and visible across our business functions

What do you like best about the product?
the opportunity to track my sales and forecast on that data all in one place has been immeasurable. There was good support as well in using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought at the begining it allowed room for errors however, I discovered it was due to bad implimentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud provide a single place where all customer sales lifecycle can be managed. In our team we have delivered great services and products to customers through sales cloud.

Sales Cloud- improve forecasting accuracy

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales cloud provides much improved forcasting accuracy with proper data which can be utilized in a much better way. It provides accuracy of over 96%. This can be used easily and efficiently and can be implemented on any scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
One demerit I see is charges for other tools with which I have to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using another tool for forcasting but accuracy was around 70%. We had to come up with something where accuracy should be more than 90%. Then we started with Salesforce's Sales Cloud. After using and testing it, it provided us accuracy of 96% on an average which was a great boost for customers and for business overall.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is a great tool for sales departments- it has played a significant role in our marketing and sales efforts. It allows teams to track the sales process, and any other information gathered during and after the process. With so many functionalities its quite helpful and simplifies the whole process keeping track of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation and set up can be tricky. The complexity involved in customization can be challenging, requiring either advanced technical knowledge or assistance to configure the system to specific business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to keep track of all data in one place pertaining to customers and helping with follow ups. Tracking sales calls and identifying next steps to carry out.
Helps reduce agent's time and overall efficiency in handling customers and improved NPS.

What do you like best about the product?
Forecasting! It's made so much more simpler with Salesforce Sales Cloud, producing accurate forecasts in real time at no time at all! Forecasting functioanlity in Sales Cloud becomes a collaborative process increasing engagement and the chances of achieving forecasted revenues. What's more, I love the granularity that quotas give you when managing your Sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite platform flexibility, the need for additional extensible licences to enable other functionality is an off-putting factor. A bundle-like apporoach or simlification of licensing would help a great deal to increase uptake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As well as it's core function - Sales CRM - of which it does very well, Salesforce Sales Cloud solves for inaccurate forecasting very well - helping the organisaton achieve it's revenue ambition.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales cloud provides complete set of tools for customer relarionship. AI powered data driven automation and workflows provides better customer ROI and helps the sales team achieve their KPI.
It provides Einstein AI solution for better engagement across various channels for the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI solutions comes with additional costs.
Complete sales like CPQ and revenue are separate Salesforce products which again needs additional budgeting for procurement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Core CRM platform helps sales team to convert leads captured from market team into opportunities with better sales engagement and DATA driven AI assistance. The core SF can be seamlessly integrated with advance sales features like revenue and CPQ and billings

What do you like best about the product?
I like that all sales and marketing data can be hosted in one platform and the ease of tracking the status of all leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the additonal features are a bit pricey and somtimes it kicks in out while using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One platform overview of all sales process and the addition of einstein gives the sales team an idea of how to improve sales conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to manage business sales process and customer relationships. Data model is set out in such a way you don't need to think how to structure it, as it's done for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to see some developments on out of the box forecasting feature that comes with Sales cloud licence.

Not very much supporting in mobile devices.
