What do you like best about the product?
really appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines the entire sales process.It makes it easy to track leads, manage opportunities, and analyze sales performance

It can be overwhelming to set up and customize, especially if you're not familiar with the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud solves the problem of disorganized sales data by bringing everything into one place

It's not just about the CRM, but salesforce has the community like no other. Dreamforce 2024 is awesome

It's often hard to diagnose error messages. Many of the error messages are the same for multiple different issues.
