What do you like best about the product?
We been recording sales people calls with the help of eci and ms teams integration and taking advantage of call coaching and call summaries in our org which is game changer for our BD team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a touch expensive and adds up as soon as we trim to add more cool sales cloud features

It help solved our bd's to capture what all keywords and how many times client uses them as part of their sales pitches to help them curate better content for their future calls with the client and also help new bd's as system of record on the best practices to follow while in client calls

Lack of best practice guidance at being up and the expectation that you have been on platform forever. "State of the state" would be very helpful

I've used plenty of different CRMs in my time but nothing that matches the pure breadth of what Salesforce brings. Pair it with other products and get the best view of your customer possible.

If you have a complex org it can take some time to understand the nuances of how it's setup.
