What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Salesforce Sales Cloud has become the preferred solution for us and our customers, helping us streamline our operations without a need to switch platforms. Its comprehensive features in managing sales processes and the integration with other industry-specific clouds make it indispensable. We value the complete Salesforce package that provides extensive capabilities, making it a compelling choice over standalone alternatives. The consistent experience over five years gives us confidence to maintain its use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that there is a lack of practical use cases for my communication area. It would be beneficial to see how the agentic feature can help overall. While there are frameworks provided, having direct, industry-specific use cases would be very helpful to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud aids in configuring complete buy journeys, supports communication needs, and integrates with industry-specific clouds. It helps streamline use cases and enhances customer interactions, although more practical use cases could further optimize our communication strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility Salesforce Sales Cloud offers, allowing me to set up business processes that fit our unique needs rather than forcing us to adapt our processes to the tool. I value the robust solutions we can build with low code, which made the setup effort worth it. The integration capabilities with our internal systems are seamless and beneficial. Leveraging Einstein features has enhanced our pipeline forecasting and data-driven strategies. Moving from manual processes to data-backed insights has significantly improved our sales and marketing ROI tracking, customer understanding, and revenue prediction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the support received from Salesforce when setting up a new organization to be lacking. There is not enough access to best practices, and it doesn't adequately assist teams in gaining the necessary buy-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sales Cloud to track pipelines and forecast sales, integrate tools, adopt Einstein features, and move to a data-driven strategy, improving accuracy and ROI tracking.

Customizing reports or updating records on the go can take extra time, especially when juggling multiple opportunities. I’d love to see a more streamlined, intuitive interface for prospecting and quicker data entry to keep the focus on building relationships rather than managing admin work.

What do you like best about the product?
its unmatched scalability and customization, which allow any business, from a startup to a global enterprise, to precisely mold the CRM to fit its unique sales process.

Salesforce Sales Cloud are its high total cost of ownership, driven by expensive per-user licenses and the required continuous investment in specialized administrators or consultants for complex configuration.

What do you like best about the product?
I have found Salesforce Sales Cloud to be very beneficial in increasing our sales funnel and improving accountability among reps. It also significantly enhances visibility and boosts productivity, making these aspects much better for my work. I believe all the features, particularly pipeline management, are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up Salesforce Sales Cloud was difficult. We didn't have the right team to implement it internally, and we thought we could do it ourselves. However, it turned out that we needed more help from Salesforce than our team was willing to acknowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud boosts sales funnel efficiency, increases accountability for reps, enhances visibility, and improves productivity.
