User can't have Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Limitations of the opportunity object. The field limitation requires other custom objects to meet requirements

Automation and AI capabilities make the use of Salesforce efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is not a cheap solution, making it less suitable for small companies with tight budgets. The cost can be prohibitive for us to take in the great new features

Central system to store all customer related information from lead through to customer support
