I can't say there is anything I dislike about Sales Cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
SF sales cloud is the ultimate solution for your business. It's crisp interface and dynamic click no code way of administration is stellar.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features we are probably not taking advantage of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we didn't have this we wouldn't have a customer base or central place to identify customers.

What do you like best about the product?
My relationship with Salesforce has been nothing short of amazing.
I have taken the time and care to truly understand our needs, processes, and business to propose and assist us with providing the best solution.

The license price is a little high compared to competitors

agility in the entire purchasing process, practicality in approving proposals and ease of sales

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely useful to be able to handle and manage everything from the beginning to the end of sales in one place, while also sharing data with other teams so that everything can be managed in a centralized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default setup has some limitations, which is disappointing, and the UI is also lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce provides the basic flow for the customer’s requirements to a certain extent, making it convenient to fully utilize the strengths of the solution.

Flows, its a great tool to make technical solutions simple and enables non technical users to solve complex problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of storage, luckily, theres a lot of alternatives that enable high storage at a lower cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us customer data needed to properly communicate with customers at the right time with the right tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of collecting all my customer data in the same location, this makes it easy to report and track the progress our relationships with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is a solid platform, with no huge downsides I can see. It's important to architect it correctly though!
