Price wise, it is a bit expensive to get a license

Helps to steer the conversation in the right direction when I have run out of tactics to close the deal with the client.

I've gained a ton of experience in Sales Force Cloud as a finance leader and commercial operations.
The easy of use, access to data and overall functionality are great attributes and i couldn't image using another platform.

There is so much inherent capability that i wonder what I'm missing.

One potential downside of using Salesforce Sales Cloud, especially with advanced tools like the Force Agent AI Sales Coach, is the learning curve.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation features such as Flows (mainly for me) streamline tasks, saving valuable time. The ability to customize objects and fields makes it highly adaptable to different industries and business models. I consistently use it with my clients and in the company I work for as a system administrator.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve can be steep, especially for smaller teams without a dedicated admin. Additionally, some of the advanced customization features require deeper technical knowledge, which could be a challenge for new users.

The curve to close deals was too long before Sales Cloud
