What do you like best about the product?
You can start with small, but also it has the capability to scale up easily.

The cost of customisation can be segnificantly high.

I love how sales cloud allows an easy source of truth. Salesforce can be integrated with so many other tools and sales cloud reduces siloed systems

As it is so key to day to day business, it's supern important to map out what a company needs before deploying and then continuous iterations. As this step is often missed I have seen the sales cloud to be clunky and cluttered in many orgs

It gets rid of the need to run reports from many different systems and allows us to see and report on all our data in one space

The aspect of Salesforce Sales Cloud that I like the most is the configurability and flexibility of the system. You are able to take almost every business challenge and come up with a scalable solution.

I would like to see more ability to scrutinise data through reporting capabilities.

Lightning version is quite bright and take a lot of space, moving from classic it's best to use bigger screen. A dark mode would be amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is an essential in our business, enabling our sales teams to monitor pipeline and customer data in one single platform. Once implemented it is highly customisable to our business needs, and this can be done mostly in house with little coding with the support of Trailhead and customer success teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process of new products via partners can often be hit and miss depending on the quality of the partner. We've had very good partners who have made implementations very smooth, but also have had bad experiences with others making mistakes that we are still trying to rectify today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate a business model where customers can be have various partnership statuses with different brands and products we supply. They may be classed as a key partner for certain brands, but have no knowledge at all of others.
By utilising Salesforce opportunity management and custom objects, our sales team can get a holistic view of their customers on both an account and contact level. This allows them to identify the right opportunities within the account and drive retention and growth in a more personalised way.
