Easy lead management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and useful in managing all leads data in one place. Setup is straightforward and out of the box features are comprehensive

Some dealer crms more difficult to integrate for lead management through pipeline

Lead capture for automotive and sending leads to dealers
Very easy to build and train employees on Sales Cloud

The ease of tracking sales and navigating through lead conversion

I do not have any complaints with Sales cloud at this time.

Sales cloud it's a great tool and are helping us to scale our business and what I really like is the possibility to make connections with others tools and support all touch points with clients!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can have all data related to a prospect or customer all in one place. It allows our Sales Reps to quickly and easily gather all the information they need to close deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Sales Cloud is so customizable, it can take time, effort, and cost to get it setup in a way that works best for your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sales Cloud, our CRM was not very automated. It took a lot of time to create Opps, close them, and create Contracts and Subscriptions. I've been able to automate almost all of that with just two buttons.
Salesforce Maps wins
What do you like best about the product?
The graphs and analytics are top notch. Along with Salesforce integration capabilities making maps my favorite app for these features
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike really depends how it is set up and used. if there is something it's still level of training have to give my user, but that's not the worst thing

I like that we can track leads, contacts, and opportunities easily and effectively from the end user to the marketing and sales ops personnel.

Not much really. It could be easier to personalize.

Tracking a large amount of leads efficiently and making the sales teams tasks easier to navigate.
