I have been using sales cloud for last 6 years. It has made the business process steam lined. I would highly recommend sales cloud to other business partners.

I've been using the service since I've started in Sales and Salesforce Academy changed my life. I can easily create reports, forecast and the tool integrates perfectly with third-party services.

Nothing really - I think the main pain is internal of each company. Some Salesforce admin can make the service more complex than it should be

Sales cloud is a one stop shop to manage all of my portfolio of clients and suppliers. When coupled with service and marketing cloud it really comes in to its own.

It could have better UI customisation to allow brand formatting.

Sometimes it takes longer than usual to set up the CRM & particularly rules & permission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To provide a single source of truth of prospects and customer so it enables sales exec, sales engineers & customer success managers to make more intelligent decisions.

sometimes it seems a bit like it's not user-friendly, especially for sales users who are not particularly technical
