What do you like best about the product?
The forecasts, pipelines and the reporting functionalities helped us to boost the business
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing i can think of, everything is exceptional

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using sales cloud for last 6 years. It has made the business process steam lined. I would highly recommend sales cloud to other business partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ask God. Waiting for new interesting features to implement.

It has streamlined the business ordering process

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the service since I've started in Sales and Salesforce Academy changed my life. I can easily create reports, forecast and the tool integrates perfectly with third-party services.

As an AE, I can't complain. The product is very mature
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - I think the main pain is internal of each company. Some Salesforce admin can make the service more complex than it should be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forecasting and showing quickly leads from a campaign.
Salesforces is helping me to nurture accounts - leads and can create good reports to speed up the sales cycle

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud is a one stop shop to manage all of my portfolio of clients and suppliers. When coupled with service and marketing cloud it really comes in to its own.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have better UI customisation to allow brand formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep a single source of truth within our organisation.

Excited about Einstein CoPilot for SalesCloud

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce SalesCloud is the market leader in CRM, in particular with all the excellent I I integration with other CDPs & its own datacloud.

The new Einstein copilot push the activation of intelligence to the next level.

Finally a lot of resource in community & trailhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes longer than usual to set up the CRM & particularly rules & permission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To provide a single source of truth of prospects and customer so it enables sales exec, sales engineers & customer success managers to make more intelligent decisions.

I really enjoyed the sales for sales cloud because It makes process extremely efficient

sometimes it seems a bit like it's not user-friendly, especially for sales users who are not particularly technical
