a diverse product covering multiple aspects
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer number of different way you can customize this product is crazy, even with just rhe base sales functionality it can meet most business needs
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are definitely aspects for growth that definitely should be native to sales cloud that aren't, take the the extended functions from manufacturing cloud that are more just a qol piece that really should be in sales cloud as well. That's a great example of what exists and could be ported over to help improve customer experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's simplifying the user experience when it comes to CRM processes with the less tech inclined

It's so easy to store and retrieve client information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a learning curve, but once you have it down, it's smooth sailing from there!

We are able to store client information and easily access it to contact them.

Some users can be intimidated by the depth and breadth of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps with the lead management and also helps to keep track of everybting going on in a single place. Like a erfect 360 view at all times and it all starts with Sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment. All is good. No challenges for now.

Generating and tracking of leads

What do you like best about the product?
We drive a majority of our business using sales cloud. It's so easy to manage, customize and continually enhance to drive engagemeny. Our sales reps are more productive and the reporting capabilities are unreal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing- there is nothing we have found so far that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously using multiple platforms for customer data- it's now siloed into one, clean and crisp place which allows for amazing reporting.

It directs sales people to the right path by creating respective records to make workflow completed

Nothing so far, everything is working fine which helps to boost sales process

What do you like best about the product?
I like it's easy of use, and that it helps keep everyone organized and grow the business. It is truly an amazing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that there are still some basic things that need be updated in the ideaexchange that have been open for years.

Sales Cloud benefits us by keeping management of opportunities and client engage in a platform rather than email
What I’ve been waiting for!
What do you like best about the product?
Back in 2014 when I was a rep, I built a wonky interface to try do what SF Maps does so easily now. Its an incredible tool for the Salesforce in helping them plan their days and be as efficient as possible - especially with a new or expanded territory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmm...tough question. I don't have any downside feedback at this time.

Daily efficiency.

I would love a better integration with other Marketing platforms to help with attribution reporting.

Deal acceleration and forecasting. Helps to have all of the information in one place.
Excellent for our Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
With the tools native to Sales Cloud, our Sales team has been able to better organize their data and provide more targeted sales approaches. The Pipeline Inspection tool is a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides, honestly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Sales team previously had very little insight into our overall sales pipeline. Now they know the full forecast picture!
