Accounts contacts leads opportunities forecasting and email communications what better for enhanced sales experiences

What do you like best about the product?
As an admin, I love how easy Salesforce Sales Cloud is to configure and implement. I am able to hear about a new business problem that my team is facing and what feels like instantly build out a new custom object or app that helps them overcome that issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly everything about the platform is helpful. As a SaaS company I would love more out of the box functionality to solve for CPQ but I've been able to build custom solutions to close any gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardizing sales interactions with our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cycle for converting prospects to customers, high velocity sales , funnel, customer experience, sales reps experience, everything together of sales cloud creates our job easy as Salesforce implementation partners and an amazing experience for our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find any such cons about the sales cloud, one suggestion: there could be more automations which would make the sales cycle more efficient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to collect my leads and convert them to my customers.
