The fact that it links to all of other clouds

Users cannot have both a sales cloud and service cloud license. Many managers need to dip into both.

I love the deals object, I find it is incredibly useful for managing and organising incoming customer queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transition between sales cloud and service cloud could be improved. We have a single team that operates across theses functions and it's challenging for them to move between the two

We like sales cloud because it helps our agents be guided through their selling, all their information can be found in one neat place that allows for efficient selling

As a business with smaller sales prices it can sometimes make areas of sales cloud like Einstein predictions harder as our agents can go from lead to sale quite quickly

It solves the problem of who to phone and when, with lead scoring our agents know who's the best to phone and when away they are guided through their pipelines

Salesforce Sales Cloud makes it easy for regular people to make changes to the appearance of relevant data for their business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the situation it can get challenging to make the assoications needed for complex business logic. I find it useful to draw out the logic and object map to get aound this challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps us get a better view of the sales landscape by centralising info so that we are able to make better decisions.

Capturing leads, opportunities and converting them to projects and project lifecycle made our clients life easy to perform day to day work

Can't call out one in particular, it's a cloud

For non standard sales processes it can be a challenge to customise with users who aren't used to dalesto4ce

We like Salescloud due to the ease of finding information on our customer prospects and deloveping segmentation buckets for different use case's to drive relevancy, retention and acquisition.

The UX front could be modernised as other competitors have more user friendly front end experience
