It gives Sales end user to have a process eith proven success!!

It has been a great tool so far so ther isnt one at this time.

Allowing sales to understand the process through Salesforce sales analytics which allows sales to be positive on adopting Salesforce as their main tools

What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy for anyone to use and intuitive helps. Keep the sales team motivated in Aura.
What do you dislike about the product?
we are putting new to sales cloud but I like everything so far it has been pretty intuitive. The integration is a little bit hard but we have a great dev team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us stay accurate and get the results. We need from the sales team. Everybody understands where they are.

What do you like best about the product?
Transformative for our business. Salesforce Sales Cloud is a force multiplier for any business and sales org.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small learning level that has to met, but once that is unlocked, limitless possibilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead and Opportunity Management: It provides a clear pipeline of leads and opportunities, allowing teams to clearly prioritize.
Automation: our team reduces manual work my automating emails, reminders through sales cloud.
Customization: Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly customizable. Along with sales use we also use versions of sales cloud for managing intake of our project requests. we have made several customization to automate estimate gathering through sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting capabilities are sometimes complex to create when there are custom objects with several levels or parent child relationship.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several versions of sales cloud in use. The main use case I work with is for easier tracking of our intake requests through lead, opportunity to planning as project. The org allows us for a one stop system to manages all our project demand and capacity and also to plan for future demand.

As an admin, the best thing about Sales Cloud is how flexible it is!
