What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud is a true platform that is best in class. I've used Sales Cloud at multiple companies since 2005, and it has exceeded expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lightning UI has performance issues when first deployed but gets faster over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opportunity tracking, event tracking, full CRM

Sales Cloud has allowed our BDR team to work more efficiently and close more business than we even thought possible in a short period of time.

It can be confusing for new users at first.

What do you like best about the product?
Most recently pipeline inspection has been a game changer for our leadership team to track and trend our pipelines.

Sometimes too many things to look at with regards to reporting and field usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visibility to pipeline and how long our deals are taking, when they are falling through the cracks and what's on deck.

I have appreciated the sales cloud getting more and more user friendly and admin friendly. If you can imagine it, you can do it in Salesforce!

Some of the integrations with acquired products, like Pardot or Tableau could be better.

With the admin tools, I can build any sales process to fit our business and scale it as our business grows.
