Sales Cloud Changes the Game!
What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud allows you to do so many creative and complex things inside of the Salesforce platform to allow your teams to grow the business and sell! I appreciate all of the functionalities including the continued investment into AI features in the platform to help sellers close deals and expand the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that some of the functionalities could be enabled more and more CPU usage would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to build and develop processes to streamline business deals. We also are able to enable our sellers to continue growing our business and keep them organized inside the tool.

Leads, Opportunities, and Order management which we use for our end to end product selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. In fact, there are more features we have not even explored that is on our roadmap

Robust customer engagement and 360 degree view of the customer.

As a Salesforce implementor having worked in multiple industries, I can say that Sales Cloud is the staple and backbone of every Salesforce instance. It lends itself to the productivity of every business!

The vast possibilities of Sales Cloud often mean that users and companies don't get the full use out of their system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud really brings all of your client data into one place allowing the Sales people to concentrate on what they do best, sell!

One of the best things about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it gives a complete view of the customer. It also has strong reporting features, making it simple to track progress and make decisions based on data. Plus, it integrates well with other tools, making it a flexible option for businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can be quite complex, especially for new users. There’s a steep learning curve, and it can take time to fully understand how to use all the features effectively. Additionally, while it's highly customizable, making those customizations often requires the help of a Salesforce administrator or developer, which can be costly and time-consuming. Some users also find that it can be slow at times, especially when handling large amounts of data. Finally, because it's packed with so many features, it can feel overwhelming if you only need basic tools for your sales process.
