What do you like best about the product?
As a small business we have been using Salesforce and the Sales Cloud since 2014. Our work involves the sale of regualr training courses targetted for professionals in the Film & TV Production Industry. Building a database of these freelancers and key contacts is invaluable to our business and we couldn't manage the daily revenue without a reliable and trysted system. Reporting on this data is so easy and we are referring to our dashboards all the time, we wouldn't be able to manage our work efficiently if we didnt have the sales cloud a part of our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation and felxibility can be difficult to interpret and I have found training tjis to our teams more challenging than other areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes historic spreadsheets and unprotected documents.

Started using sales force recently and found it very easy to learn and grow my personal portfolio. It has also helped engagement

I think there could be better engagement with team, better integration with chatter perhaps

The freedom to be able to create your sales flows in salesforce depending on internal processes. Also the information captured from potential customers and leads.

Support from a Salesforce perspective could be a little clearer and easier, such as service cloud.

The data we receive is in depth and sales cloud unifies this data and displays it in a easy to view format as well as automating tasks that would otherwise take a lot of time manually.

Its complexity. It can do so much at times people get confused on what to do

The backend system configuration needs updating from classic some screens do not let you search or sort your config easily.
