What do you like best about the product?
Smart automation and process building.
Adaptable with new enhancements coming out to better customer experience - the program isn't stagnant like some other CRMs.

License issues is core impact, reporting restrictions

Providing efficient solutions to manage customer data, orders, contacts and metrics about how we are performing

Ability to customise Sales Cloud alongside standard features which have been implemented to drive the entire sales process from lead to closed won.

Sometimes drilling down into insights can be tricky.

Licensing is hard to figure out when we use more than one cloud

It is quite customers centric and makes the overall experience seamless. It also helps improve the overall business productivity

The omnichannel routing causes issues. Also it can be priced differently

The process of the lifecycle of a sale being already in place from Salesforce

The platform can be complex to set up and use, requiring significant time and resources for implementation and training

Automation. Sales processes used to possess a lot of manual activites, but Salesforce Cloud provides inbuilt automation tools to streamline the process

By the time you've thought of something new, Salesforce already have it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, sometimes the time for something to arrive in Beta and then out to GA can be quite long....but often worth the wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to bring various global tools into one platform, and being able to use out the box features to drive business efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to pick up and learn. The interface is intuitive and designing changes feels logical and practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the back end logic is hard to define. Difficulty searching for apis and field names
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer engagement and order tracking is a big benefit
