What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud allows integration with all of my external facing systems and allows my sales reps to have full access to all of the information they need
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Integrations are hard to maintain, but we usually get those taken care of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us navigate complicated ecosystem where we have multiple data sources across our environments

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of operation.
User friendly.
Helpful guidelines at every step.
Easy to scale for Small to Large enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are missing which sound important.
Assigning account to a queue one of them to mention.

Solving Sales enablement on enterprises level with day in day out tracking of sales rep activities.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a single source of truth. It also allows us better insight into what the team is doing at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is very complex and can be hard to get what you want/need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People are no longer slipping through the cracks. We also can monitor what the team is doing and help them sell better.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and customizable. I've used it my entire career and am so glad!
What do you dislike about the product?
Action plan templates are very difficult to use as they're so strict on publishing issues. And while it's great that it's customizable, there is so much to make sure runs smoothly!

I love being able to easily access my customer accounts, current statuses, sales and see if there is any pending cases to follow up on.

No current dislikes. I am very satisfied with the product.
