The seamless information sharing has been crucial for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike. The slow turnaround time on ideaexchange items is painful though.

Salesforce can do a lot so need to make sure to strategize what you are willing to invest in to make the most sense.

Nothing. The UI was getting dated even with lightning. But the new lightning UI this year is much better.
