What do you like best about the product?
Customizable, feature-rich, integrated, mobile, secure CRM,it very ease to use.good customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited customization options and Learning curve for beginners.hard for begginers.

Streamlines sales processes, boosts productivity, enhances collaboration, improves data insights, and drives revenue growth.

the ability to see everything on a customer whilst in the opportunity proccess

it can be very rigid at times contracts having to ve draft at creation can cause issues with integrations

Sales cloud allows our reps to complete the full sales process to enable us to convert leads to opportunities to invoices and then to orders
What do you dislike about the product?
There is often lots of features that are hidden and require permissions to enable so it can be difficult for people without salesforce experience to easily understand how everything works at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our reps to sell end to end as well as providing a customisable platform to suit our business practices

It can be customised easily in terms of page layouts and lightning pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Joined reports I find not easy to use and not sure it gives the best way to view the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using flow has improved greatly where you do not need to code as much

What do you like best about the product?
The customization that we can do on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sync errors between Account Engagement and other platforms like 6sense is a major pain to clean up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us track key metrics for our sales funnel. I present these personally and the sales team loves that we can keep track of this.

It is very user friendly and gives access to everything you need in Sales

Too much visibility of everything. Just kidding. Nothing to dislike about it as such.

It does not miss any record at all. I can view my past calls, text messages and emails sent to the end user/ prospects on a single click.

I like it because its comprehensive and includes all the important and relevant information i.e. leads, contacts, accounts etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
well some times it lags a bit and takes more time than usual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep all the clients data and follow up with with proper notes and history.
