Sales Cloud is intuitive and powerful, and a delight to develop for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The opportunity product records are permanently deleted when removed rather than going to the recycle bin.

It helps streamline the sales lifecycle.

There is nothing I would change. Honestly. Start simple and go from there.

What do you like best about the product?
What’s best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it pulls everything into one place so it’s easy to see where every lead and deal stands without digging through emails or spreadsheets. The automation and dashboards save a ton of time on manual updates, so it’s easier to focus on actual selling and following up with the right people at the right moment
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel a bit heavy and click‑intensive, especially for newer users who are just trying to do simple tasks. It also has a steeper learning curve and can get pricey once you start layering on customizations and extra licenses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is helping replace scattered spreadsheets and emails with one shared view of leads, contacts, and deals, so it’s much easier to track what’s going on with each opportunity. The automation and reporting also cut down on manual data entry and make it simpler to prioritize the right follow‑ups, which saves time and helps move deals through the pipeline faster

The application is geared to sales people and it intuitive to use. I think the core products are good to use

I would like to see more capabilities intros in to tool around opty mgmt & reporting

Sales enablement is a problem for us. Guided selling as well. Where people beat should spend their time
