The best system for increase sales
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is an excellent CRM platform that I highly recommend. It streamlines the entire sales process, from lead management to deal closure, with robust automation features that help boost productivity. Its flexibility allows you to customize workflows and reports to fit your business needs. With real-time insights and seamless integrations, it's a powerful tool for driving sales growth and improving customer relationships.

One drawback of Salesforce Sales Cloud is its complexity. For new users or smaller businesses, the learning curve can be steep, and it may take time to fully utilize all its features. Additionally, customization options, while powerful, can lead to higher implementation and maintenance costs. The platform can also be overwhelming with too many features for teams that only need basic CRM functionality.

Easy Navigating and access. Had recent demonstrations and found it useful for our fundraising organization.

Nothiing. The tool was useful and helpful. Might be easy to develop with Google Maps.

Sales Cloud is the backbone of our business to track leads, opportunities, and manage our clients. It allows us to easily report on our business and scale.

The mobile app could be better. It works technically well, but navigation and the experience is a bit dated.

As an admin, I love that I can customize every aspect- design and workflows, without writing code.

Would love to be able to build a single table with data from multiple objects.

Helpful for family office management
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are the cycle management and pipeline stages. Also, the ability to add lead scoring and convert to contact for full lifecycle management.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is the lack of family household concept.
