What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Sales Cloud is to use. It really helps streamline and automate business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike as of yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying leads most likely to convert and pipeline health.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud empowers sales agents to have the customer data they need when they need it. It helps with efficiently and effectively closing deals
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the configuration can be time consuming or confusing. Once setup it's powerful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team needs to know what our customer needs and when they need it. Sales cloud helps us to build out the tools and cadences they need to be effective at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I really like about Sales Clould is how it keeps my reps connected to all of the tools and data they need in one place. Having calls and emails logged automatically is major time savor for them. Also the managers love that everything is tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could copy/paste resources and values in flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a huge time-savor and it offers great teachable moments.

We use it to automate, standardize, and support our sales and other business needs. We are so much more efficient and effective as a business.

High cost, but you get what you pay for.
