What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility to customize, which has been essential for our highly tailored application needs. The no-code options like flows or configurations provide great convenience. Additionally, the seamless integration with multiple platforms and tools like NetSuite, SAP, and our Java-built platform enhances our business processes considerably. I also appreciate that Salesforce Sales Cloud has been intuitive and user-friendly, easing the transition from Classic to Lightning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find difficulties with the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) managed package in the sales process, which has prompted us to consider switching to RCA in hopes of resolving these pain points. Additionally, I would like to see a reduction in the number of clicks or actions required to complete a sale on the quoting, as this process can feel cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Sales Cloud to streamline the sales process, creating and converting quotes into sales, thus effectively closing opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud's ability to address problems at various stages of the sales funnel, providing effective team management and improving seller experience. I enjoy the connectivity features and insightful reporting capabilities, which make my job easier and enable sellers to perform optimally. Additionally, Salesforce's flexibility, integration capability, and custom development options stand out as valuable aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the user interface can be problematic at times, specifically mentioning that the clock gets stuck frequently and that there are issues with updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves problems at different sales funnel stages by routing virtualized leads, providing account context for better seller experiences, and integrating third-party tools to quicken processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Salesforce Sales Cloud for its user-friendly and extremely easy to use interface. It's invaluable in organizing our customer data, contacts, and details to enable our sales teams to sell better and understand customers more deeply. I also value its usability over a decade, which speaks to its reliability and integration with tools like Tableau and Salesforce Billing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more user-guided flows that enable users to complete specific tasks or actions with guidance, which currently seems to be lacking in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to organize customer data and contacts, enabling my sales team to sell better and understand our customers more thoroughly.

What do you like best about the product?
I work for a home builder company. Salesforce maps enabled my sales teams to work with a concentrated population of prospective home buyers and relator agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still at an MVP with maps. We have to explore the wide range of features that maps allows for. Need to explore into designated sales areas and make it more efficient with time for my sales teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide my sales teams an efficient way to identify the realtor(s) they should focus their efforts on in building relationship.
