Its comprehensive CRM features , automation, its customizable dashboards,its collaboration tools and integration capabilities and its mobile capabilities makes life easy. These features collectively help streamline sales processes, improve decision-making, and increase overall sales effectiveness.

Sometimes some of these features may be tedious to set up

Tracking and maintaining and monitoring leads has been helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization of Sales Cloud. We can make the changes necessary, as a team, to make the platform easy to use and easy to track metrics for our Sales/Aftermarket/BDR teams. Our SF admin team does a great job of researching and then implementing new updates and features to set people up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes not very intuitive on what the flow of your work should be as you're working. The level of customizations can also be overwhelming for businesses with multiple divisions and verticals. Does not align with all of our different products and related sales teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the database of prospects and customers and the associated activities. It makes it easier to track success and where we need to focus.
