Intuitive and powerful

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom dashboards for all kinds of users--from sales team members who want to see where they need to spend time, to executives who want to understand the bigger picture. The reporting alone very compelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of licensing and initial setup can be a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud has helped us gain insight into our sales pipeline allowing our sales team to be more efficient and our executive team to make better long term decisions and investments.

Sales Cloud enables users to not only follow their leads through to sale, but users can interact with a number of third party tools to make day to day a breeze.

Figuring out how to untangle a bad org setup.

What do you like best about the product?
Central source of truth for all account relationship and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many ways to do the same thing so you need tight governance and process control so users don't do thier own thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It handles all of our lead to quote to order processing. We have all our customer information and quotes/Sales in one spot so all employees can access the information easily and we can speak the same language across the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud helps our sales desk close more deals, using Opportunities and Reports.
We can get to the folks that need the most touch points and help them succeed.

It is exclusive. Need sales and service cloud with out switching

It is helping us use opportunities to track the best deals and focus on those

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with Sales Cloud as an admin, marketing assistant, sales operations analyst and account manager. And through all of those roles, the platform has been intuitive and easy to use.

The first time I used Salesforce I was blown away by the ability of the platform to answer all of my operations questions. Reports and dashboards were quick and easy to create. I was able to provide my sales team with the insight they needed to perform better. It was such a positive experience that I sought out a career at a Salesforce partner because I wanted to learn as much as a could about the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly, I cannot think of anything I would change. When there is feedback, the Community has the ability to request that Idea and upvote product ideas they agree with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is core CRM for me as an account manager.
