You need to ensure you've got the right team in place to manage Salesforce Sales Cloud
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Sales Cloud we'd be using excel sheets that are too manual and difficult to ensure everyone's work is contributing to the orgs requirements

Couldn’t live without SFDC Sales Cloud

  • September 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to make decisions based on data and facts, and ability to be with a community as a resource. I am a more successful leader using SFDC sales cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Only thing I can think of is more dashboard options! I love dashboards - having only 20 reports limits it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If it didn't happen in SFDC it didn't happen - extreme accountability.

The Benefits and Costs of Salesforce Sales Cloud

  • September 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud makes it easy to visualize the relationships between your data leading to smarter decisions and improved efficiency. It is highly customizable and integrates well with other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s important to consider the costs related to Salesforce Sales Cloud beyond the license cost. In addition to licenses there may be implementation costs to set up and configure, customization and development, ongoing support, training users, administration as well as the cost of all of the apps and products one might choose to integrate Salesforce with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud helps my clients overcome key challenges. It connects all their data in one place, ensuring everyone accesses up-to-date information for more informed decision-making. The platform’s flexibility allows data to be viewed in various ways, allowing valuable insights to be drawn. Additionally, Sales Cloud allows repetitive tasks to be automated, improving efficiency.

The best UI for syncing ERP data

  • September 15, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a user, I find the UI elegant, clear, straight to the point, and powerful. I'm only a few clicks away from finding what I'm looking for. When we integrate ERP for our clients, there are endless possibilities because it's the only CRM platform that can mirror a complex structure around products and pricing to keep teams striving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wonder why some clients get my emails as spam. Another thing that I don't like is when I'm demoing with a quick view, the hover-over piece makes me move from where I should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT gives us data for reporting every month, it brings the leads from different channels, and it stores historical data so we can close sales in a more efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in which we can quickly accommodate business changes and respond to industry trends. Sales Cloud has a robust number of features which continues to evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing matrix with all the add-on sku's are hard to figure out the right combination. Why not just have an "all-in" license and give us everything?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're doing everything from pipeline planning with sales to project staffing and time tracking for professional service accounting with it.

VIBRANT, EYE CATCHING AND FASTER CRM

  • September 12, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Salesforce Cloud is how fast and efficient it is. No more waiting around for pages to load—it’s instant, which saves so much time. Plus, it only shows the info you actually need, so you’re not overwhelmed with unnecessary details while working in the CRM.

I also appreciate the larger font size, which is easier on the eyes, especially when you’re working long hours. Everything is well-organized, and navigating through the menus is super simple, so you can find what you need in no time.

The integration with calling apps like JustCall is another huge plus. It’s awesome that there’s a built-in dialer, making communication within the platform really smooth and convenient. Honestly, it’s just easy to use and makes getting things done so much quicker.

And I can’t forget to mention their customer support. We had some issues with an integration, but their team responded quickly and got everything sorted within a day. That kind of support really makes a difference.

I am a regular user of Salesforce and i work on it for 5 days a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Cloud has many great features, one downside is the occasional disconnection issue. Sometimes, the platform disconnects unexpectedly, which can be frustrating when you’re in the middle of a task. Additionally, there are times when certain tasks don’t load properly, which slows things down and interrupts the workflow. These issues don’t happen all the time, but when they do, it can be a bit of a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is helping us solve several key challenges, particularly around efficiency and organization. By loading pages quickly and showing only the relevant information, it eliminates the time wasted on slow platforms or digging through unnecessary data. This boosts our productivity and ensures that we can focus on important tasks without distractions.

The platform also solves the problem of disconnected communication systems by integrating seamlessly with calling apps like JustCall, and its built-in dialer streamlines our workflow. This means our sales team can manage customer interactions directly within the CRM without jumping between multiple tools.

Additionally, Salesforce Sales Cloud provides a smooth implementation process, which was crucial for us, as we were able to transition without major disruptions. With robust customer support and quick issue resolution, it minimizes downtime and keeps our operations running smoothly.

All these solutions ultimately help us work faster, stay organized, and improve overall team efficiency.

Salesforce Sales Cloud Review

  • September 11, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find it extremely useful to have a deeply integrated environment that allows for the flexibility of other apps to pull information from every touch point we have with our customers to paint a 360 degree view of our customers. This empowers all domains accross our company to use Salesforce as the single source of truth in a seamless manner
What do you dislike about the product?
The ecosyestem of applicantions that can be integrated into Salesforce is noisy. With the constant changes Salesforce is making organically it can be hard to tell when we have redundant tech stacks that could be centralized in a more efficient manner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales team performance and individual coaching plans
