What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud has a lot if built in function and features that you can use based on your needs. Flexible and effective, you can leverage as much or as little as you need for your business. Regular updates and innovations from Salesforce also make it easy to adopt new ways or features to implement and itirate quickly. Whether you are a big enterprise or a small startup, Sales Cloud can scale and meet your needs. I love the fact that you not only have access to support and documentation but to a large community of users like you that have done what you are trying to create or are trying to solve the same things you are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sales Cloud is so powerful that it can be overwhelming when first getting to understand what it can do for you. If not careful, you can over-engineer your processes just because you can with a tool like this so be focus and purposeful in your design.

The best CRM to drive efficiency at scale

  • September 10, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce scales as your company grows. Create custom fields, bespoke processes, and integrate with sales tools to tailor the CRM to your needs.
Make Salesforce your source of truth to serve as the centralized database of prospect, contact, and account information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation can be a challenge due to the endless customizations, integrations, and data sources. It is worth investing the time to detail business processes and determine which out-of-the-box features can be utilized and which that require custom development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation capabilities improve efficiency by sending notifications, updating records, and tracking contact activity to ultimately improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams

Sales Cloud great for modern sales teams

  • September 10, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sales Cloud is data focused and very customizable. Every company has their own way of doing things and key data that goes into their KPIs, so having the flexibility to build your own processess and automations without a software developer on staff is super helpful. This makes it easier to use and implement. The AppExchange also makes it easy to find integrations to many of the other softwares a company uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a more expensive solution in the marketplace and can be overwhelming for teams that want an industry solution that is tailored to their experience out of the box. There are industry clouds, but they still need configuration to the exact business needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps me easily track my pipeline from Lead to Closed Won. I can see where deals are at in the proces, where they are getting stuck, and build reports to show me where deals are coming from so I can focus outbound efforts in the right place.

Salesforce Sales and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) review

  • September 10, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its ability to provide a 360-degree view of clients, and its FSC offering is talored for Bankers which is invaluable for managing complex customer relationships. FSC goes beyond a traditional CRM by offering relationship-centric data models that allow banking teams to better understand client profiles, their financial needs, and potential growth opportunities.

A standout feature for me is the Actionable Client Insights, which help bankers proactively engage with clients. By using built-in analytics and AI capabilities, like Einstein Analytics, FSC surfaces key financial insights, enabling relationship managers to make smarter, data-driven decisions that enhance client trust and deepen relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sales Cloud provides a lot of value, there are a few challenges and drawbacks:

Complexity of Customization: The platform's flexibility can also be a downside, as it often requires significant effort to implement customization to fully align with an institution's unique needs. This can result in long implementation timelines, especially for larger banks with legacy systems.

Salesforce FSC can be expensive, particularly for smaller institutions. Licensing fees, customization, and ongoing maintenance costs can add up quickly. Additionally, integrating third-party systems and managing updates may require dedicated resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A consolidation of all leads is being routed into Salesforce to be manged appropriately, qualified and tracked.
