A tool your business cannot survive without
What do you like best about the product?
This might have started off as a "simple CRM tool" a lot of years ago but it is much more now. Even if you did not integrate to external systems (which you can) and even if you did not get great customer support (which you will), its still the easiest tool for your team to use to manage their end to end process. And if your business is reasonably straightforward, so will be implementation. Your team will rely on this every day to do their job and wont know how they ever lived without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its difficult not to try to solve all the problems at once. Focus on your main happy path and dont over-automate. The tempation is great but get to know the tool for a bit and see how it works before going crazy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep all of our information organized and stored together in a single, accessible place where anyone who needs it can access it. And it only takes a moment to get what we need when we talk to a customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cost: Salesforce licensing and additional features can be expensive for nonprofits. The cost for advanced functionalities, integrations, or premium support can add up.
Over-Engineering for Simple Needs: For smaller nonprofits or organizations with simpler needs, Sales Cloud might feel like more than is necessary. It can sometimes feel like I am using a complex system for tasks that could be handled more simply.
Integration Challenges: While Sales Cloud integrates well with some tools like HandsOn Connect and the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), troubleshooting integration issues or syncing data across platforms can be frustrating.
