What do you like best about the product?

Provides good reporting and helps improve sales

What is our primary use case?

We can store our leads and track the sales. We can store objects like contacts, opportunities, and accounts in our Salesforce database. It will help to close deals faster. Suppose a contact is interested in purchasing something. That information is stored in the Salesforce database, and you can track the current level of contact.

For example, before they sign the deal, the contact wants some discount. You can see this data, know the sales process, and close the deal easily. One advantage of the solution is that it helps to improve our sales.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable features of the solution are reporting and dashboards. You can easily compare how many products were sold last year and this year.

What needs improvement?

The solution's scalability has some limitations.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is a stable solution.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The solution's scalability has some limitations. If you want to add more users, you need to purchase or subscribe to the advanced version. Some big organizations purchase an unlimited edition, which allows more than 1,000 users. Only a few people can use the basic version.

How are customer service and support?

The technical support team is available 24/7, and I am satisfied with the technical support for the solution.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend the solution to other users.

Overall, I rate the solution a nine out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the new AI Capability integrated in Salesforce Sales Cloud. It has made life easier by automating the prospect research and help in predicting things effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is an expensive tool and takes time to learn. considering the advancements with AI, It is justifiable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud, combined with Einstein Analytics is solving key challenges faced by our sales team, such as data-driven decision-making, productivity bottlenecks, and customer relationship management. It has resulted in increased sales, improved team performance, and overall business growth. The automation and forecasting features accurately helps to identify the top performers in a region and providing coaching to underperforming sales performers. It has kept all the customer information centralised which gets very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has the best technoloy to streamline workflows, automating day to day tasks and effectively managing the leads all from a single platform. With the enterprise license, it enabled a lot of functionalities whcih was not possible with the lower licenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires very high level of learning and can be painful to implement quickly. I have faced slow loading times with it at times and that had been a big pain. It is very expensive software and difficult for small businesses to take the subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has enabled us to create personalized experiences for our customers by understanding their preferences and behaviors. Not just that, It has also allowed us to created targeted marekting campaigns. The automation features has helped us to reduce the manual tasks and increase the sales efficiency for our team. We have moved to Zoho CRM in the future after using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the extensibility of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with the ability to add custom fields, build automation and set up integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX can feel a bit slow or sluggish at times, especially when an object has many custom fields or widgets on screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud is where reps manage opportunities and confirm pricing details in collaboration with Finance.

I love how efficient it makes my work days
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that my company is not yet using Einstein and the latest features of the platform. I will champion hard within my organization to implement in 2024

It is helping the team be more efficient and prioritize their time. Salesforce Sales Cloud's latest features aim to streamline your workflow and boost your sales effectiveness. A key addition is Einstein Deal Insights, a powerful AI tool that provides real-time insights into deal health and predicts potential roadblocks. This allows you to prioritize deals strategically and address challenges proactively.
Sales Cloud also introduces automation features like Sales Cadences, which automates repetitive outreach tasks like emails and social media messages. This frees up your time to focus on high-value activities like building relationships and closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Finding contacts and leads has been easier than before. Implementation is hard like don't know how to start off the top. Never tried customer support for some reason. The team uses the features and have heard things about use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the analytics sometimes misses, the the instant data which are important should be visible and the crashes of phone app is annoying. singing up with apps to integrate with tool is kinda junky ( sometimes throws you out from signing page )
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing we as team benifit is having all of the leads at one place not looking anywhere else, earlier tools had hassle in this. Everything at one look and easy to access.

What do you like best about the product?
Rather than talking about capabilities and features, let me say the best thing about Sales Cloud is that it is always improving faster than customers can dream up the next thing we need.

It is already so usable, configurable, and flexible but then Gen AI and other new capabilities just bolt right in!
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is just cost. Many of the best new capabilities come as add-on rather than included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline visibility is first and foremost, but also helping to determine differences in the execution of our deal cycles -- which seller behaviors, customer segments, and products are contributing most to our growth.
