Salesforce is the current and future leader in CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud offers powerful tools to boost sales and efficiency. It's easy to customize, even with little technical experience. I can quickly learn from Salesforce articles. When I need help, their support team is always there to resolve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, I’m satisfied with Sales Cloud, but navigating directly to specific pages could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud has streamlined our customer data management by providing a single, centralized database for all customer information, communications, and sales details. It helps me to keep track of the customer stages in the system.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of amangement of Accounts and Contacts alongside the ease of managmeent of E2E sales cycle with minimal customization. It is easy to implement with great customer support where you get response from the SF team pretty quickly. It also easily integrated with the other soultions as required like Nintex, sFiles, etc. It can be used daily to track all the sales & pitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage is that the developers have to learn Apex with is native to only Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesfroce Sales cloud is being used to sell the projects, manage the leads, the sales pitches, and also as a project management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce enables companies to customize their CRM to fit their business needs, not the other way around. It is deep in customization and features if you have enough knowledge in the tool. As the biggest CRM in the world, it is easy to find support on forums and web pages with tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're a new to CRM, Salesforce can be a little discouraing, and feel overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to have a powerful CRM to fit our businesses processes and help have more control over leads and opportunities. Also to measure our sales KPIs and individual performance of reps.

Really easy to spin up reports, dashboards, and tons of apps to integrate

Sometimes the UI feels a bit antiquated compared to more modern software

Salesforce is the data warehouse for all of our revenue activities- without it we'd be operating our business blindly

It helps me to solve the issue in an instant as it was a user-friendly interface, robust automation, advanced analytics, and scalability make it an incomparable tool which benefit us for any business serious about sales.
My humble opinion about Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the best part about Salesforce is the integration and the adaptability to my own needs or my company's needs this is one of the most useful tools you can have as a cream that you can customize being able to keep a really good record of your customers and the needs of your organization. Salesforce Has been one if not the tool that help us go to the next level and scale our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be able to offer such adaptability for a wide range of industries sales force had to offer a Wide range of customize options which is great however it makes it very difficult to customize because of the complexity Also the curfew learn could be steep for new hires which makes the onboarding and quality assurance processes pretty complex nonetheless ones you get to learn the process the software and the workflow still a very useful tool, Even though it's not easy to use and it may take months for implementing it and transform the way we do data input it's the software we use every single day for each one of our customer interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales force has solved the issue of having too much information in too many places salesforce was able to centralize our customer data including interactions cases of refusal to pay or unable to pay and also a accurate record of payments made on each account not only that but the collaboration between different departments has improved thanks to the centralized customer management data after that we were able to make decisions based upon the information which we can analyze and take action thanks to having reports and powerful analytics, As the CRM that sells force is a help us reach improve and develop better qualifying leads and relationship with our customers creating loyalty and consistency in our business
Big&small companies I've worked for used/uses SF so it's definitely great!

It let's us categorize our needs of data in the platform and very helpful for different kinds of person's perspective.

It's having multiple errors from time to time .
